For clarification, before TOR called a timeout to challenge the out-of-bounds call, referees conducted a replay review because they were reasonably certain that the game clock expired due to a clock malfunction, and the game clock was reset to 00:00.4 (the out of bounds situation was not a reviewable matter under this trigger). MIN was awarded possession and called a timeout to advance the ball. Upon being notified of MIN's possession, TOR called a timeout and unsuccessfully challenged the out of bounds. [This comment was changed from the original post, which incorrectly stated that the review of the clock malfunction occurred during the MIN timeout, when in fact it was conducted before the MIN timeout.]
